All Is Quiet On The Western Front

All Is Quiet On The Western Front was released in 1930 in response to World War I. This movie has a strong message against war for the sake of war. It depicts graphic deaths of soldiers as well as the propaganda that countries used to glorify the war. This was all significant to the people of the 1930's because it showed the truth behind the war. The characters in this movie are shown to have great moral sense that set a good example for the people of the 30's.
